Harvesting and milling of olives
Participants witness the olive harvest and their transformation into oil through a small machine, experiencing the production process first-hand.
Sensory walks
During walks in the farm, children explore the natural environment using all five senses, discovering the local flora and fauna.
"Bugs-hotel" laboratory
Children learn about the importance of biodiversity and the role of insects in the ecosystem, exploring "bugs-hotels" and understanding how to protect nature.
Traditional snack
The day ends with a tasty snack of bread and oil, or bread, oil and sugar, for a culinary experience from times gone by.

The project is aimed at nursery, primary and secondary schools. Ideal for groups of children and teenagers who want to discover and learn in the open air.

- 09:00: Welcome and presentation of the company
- 09:30: Bread making lesson and demonstration
- 10:00: Lesson and demonstration of olive harvesting and milling
- 11:30: Snack with bread and oil, or bread, oil and sugar

Clothing
Comfortable, sporty clothing is recommended to allow children to move freely and participate in all activities.
